Insight Planning and Development continued its strong relationship with Nuvo Homes, working with Nuvo on the design and planning approval of the site, meeting client expectations for their new home. A challenging small-lot (256sqm) and Traditional building character design, the site included significant slope, a large retaining wall to the rear and tight interfaces to neighbouring sites. 

Insight Planning and Development worked with the client and Council to achieve a cost effective outcome for the site that met planning requirements whiles meeting the clients budget. 

Approved in November 2021 and since built, 6 Horsington St, Morningside is another example where Insight Planning and Development has worked with Nuvo Homes to deliver new houses for clients in Brisbane.
