The development of 13 Byron Street was first realised back in 2017, where Anthony Colwell assisted the developer to realise the vision of developing the site into a block of seven boutique apartments along the River in Bulimba. Anthony pulled together the consultant team for the site, working with the architect and client to ensure a well-made application to Council. 

Insight Planning and Development further assisted the developer to refine the project in 2018, before the site was subsequently sold into new hands. 

Minor changes have been made to the project by the new project team, with the core form and yield of the site remaining. The project is now commencing construction and we’re excited to see this final piece of Byron St, Bulimba come out of the ground, realising the vision that we helped start back in 2017.
