This development approval for a partial 3 storey house in the Traditional building character overlay was approved in May 2026 after a 2 months with Council.

A challenging design due to the steep levels through the front and middle of the site, the house design required a partial 3 storey outcome from Council. Council required minimal changes to the design, with the contemporary take on traditional materiality accepted given the balance of traditional elements of the house design.
