Approved as part of the flood resilience program for sporting and community infrastructure, this extension to the existing clubhouse for Westside Sports Club adds a level to structure, enabling flood immunity for the clubhouse, an extended area for gathering and the associated café on site. 

Time was of the essence with this application. Insight Planning & Development was engaged and lodged the application within 2-3 weeks and worked with Council for a fast approval, including a reduction in infrastructure charges for community organisations.
