Part of a transformational reconfiguration in Fiddlewood Street, this 10 unit townhouse development follows the reconfiguring of two larger sites at the top of the hill in Fiddlewood Street, Park Ridge. The developer fronted the money to bring the sewer to this area, unlocking development of the entire street, realising the development potential of the low-medium density zoning of this formerly rural residential area. We’re proud to be working with them as they develop sites through the area, starting with these 10 townhouses.
Achieving a yield of approximately 41 units dwelling / hectare, the site slightly exceeds the maximum density sought by Council in the area, ensuring it is maximising yield for the developer.
The layouts include one and two storey townhouses, providing housing choice in the area with compliant car parking, communal open space and a built form in line with the expectations for townhouses in the area.
