Continuing Insight Planning and Development’s strong relationship with the Donnelly’s (almost 40 built developments together), a local developer in the Moreton Bay and Brisbane Region, this application for Warehouse features a single large tenancy and ancillary office, designed for an end user.

The development includes 57% site cover and 1,475sqm GFA. The design met all Council requirements, providing complaint truck manoeuvring, car parking, landscaping, casual surveillance and an expansive mezzanine office protruding over the front car parking area, adding to the visual interest of the site. 

Approval was achieved in two and a half months, a strong turn around time that enabled the developer to move forward with confidence.
