Another great example of Insight Planning and Development working with the Donnelly’s (almost 40 built developments together) to bring industrial products to market. This application for Warehouse was approved in lightning fast time, less than one month with Council, almost a record for industrial development in Moreton Bay!
The single tenancy warehouse features 1300sqm of GFA on a 2250sqm site, a strong yield outcome for the developer. Use of the site area was maximised with an area retained behind the warehouse structure for site storage and access, enlacing the use of potential dead space on the site, while enabling improved ventilation of the warehouse.
The development has been completed and tenanted, providing space for growing business demand across the City of Moreton Bay.
