Our client settled on this 804sqm block in the first week of February, we lodged shortly after and received approval within one month, with minor tweaks to a crossover the only Council input. Creating 3 x 260sqm+ lots, we concurrently commenced planning for 3 x new Traditional building character and small-lot homes over the new lots and forged ahead with works to create the lots ASAP.
