Insight Planning and Development worked with our long-time client to build their dream home in Holland Park West on a site with sweeping uninterrupted city views. The slope of the site was a challenge, creating a third storey transition down the site, requiring approval by Council. Insight Planning and Developments worked with the development team with issues resolved through targeted consolation with senior Council planner, and the local Councillor for the area.
Insight Planning and Development subsequently worked to gain approval for the neighbouring site, purchased by the clients family, creating a village feel to the seamless back yard for their children as they grow.
Construction is complete on this beautiful home for the ages.
