Insight Planning and Development was formed by Director Anthony Colwell in 2017. Anthony brings more than 14 years of development experience to you, having served as the executive officer to the manager of development assessment in Brisbane City Council, a senior town planner for a private firm and as the Director and Principal Planner of Insight Planning and Development.

Anthony has helped hundreds of clients gain approval for their development over the years. Anthony is focused on clear, timely and easy communication – Anthony will make sure you understand the process in simple terms, cutting to the chase to ensure the development outcome is preserved and your needs are met.

Anthony is up front and acts with integrity in all avenues of his business. He will let you know if something will not pass the finish line with Council, offering alternate avenues for development and strategies to ensure the application process goes smoothly for you. From his first conversation with you, Anthony will ensure the entire process is thought through with your end development goal in mind, considering not just the development application process, but what it means from a construction and sales process as well, reducing any unexpected surprises.
